The Permanent Assembly for Human Rights Branch San Luis has filed an appeal against the decision of Judge Maqueda Dr. Juan Esteban where the lack of merit issued in favor of the accused Tamer Yapur, Guillermo Daract, Gerácimo Benjamin Dante Raúl López Quiroga and, in cases of deaths, disappearances and torture of victims of military dictatorship.

We firmly believe that commits a great injustice, because the judge Juan Estebam Maqueda had to take into account the ruling of the Oral Criminal Court of San Luis sentenced to life imprisonment in the common jail of former military and police Fernandez Gez, Pla Becerra Orozco Pérez and also expressing the judges of this court, that the murders of fellow Graciela Fiochetti, Pedro Ledesma and Santana Alcaraz, were committed in part of a genocide that was perpetrated in Argentina.
The APDH, since its inception and over 30 years we have never ceased to strive for MEMORY, JUSTICE AND COMMON JAIL responsible for the genocide perpetrated by the dictatorship to be brought to trial.
Despite this shameful decision, states that it will never cease in our struggle against impunity that few want to devote the rest of preventing those responsible for crimes against humanity will allow prisoners and thereby continue to remain free.

described the attitude of the Federal Judge to vacate the genocidal Yapur, Daract, MORENO, And LOPEZ QUIROGA, after the Supreme Court of the Nation in its ruling that annulled the laws and due obedience final point, finally established a new paradigm in our country which meant the full force of International Law Human Rights as the standard of prosecution for these crimes against humanity?
Just three months after the Judgement copy issued by the Federal Court of San Luis in the trial of Grace Fiochetti, Pedro Ledesma and Santana Alcaraz, this ruling is an affront to historical truth, to the memory of the 30,000 peers missing relatives, exile and former political detainees, and will not allow to be enshrined impunity .-
